What happens when you request deletion?
Once your request has been verified, we will process the deletion of your account and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period where required by law, necessary for legitimate legal purposes, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial record keeping or other lawful obligations.
Before deleting your account
Account deletion may be permanent. Once your account has been deleted, you may lose access to your profile, booking history, saved information and other account features.
If you have an outstanding booking, payment issue, dispute or other unresolved matter, we recommend contacting Ride Along support before submitting your deletion request.
